RMO Hats will exchange any hat for the correct size. You will have to return the hat to us, with a note specifying the new size and the address to re-ship. We will only re-ship once the hat is back to us. If the size still does not work, you will have to again return the hat and pay for the re-shipping fee.
You may return your hat within 2 weeks of delivery for a full refund. We can not pay for the return shipping costs of the return or amount you paid on the initial order. Color varies on websites and each person's head and fit are different. This can be challenging for both of us to get the perfect fit.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
